What's Included
Your paid entry ticket includes complimentary Dandiya sticks, welcome snacks on arrival, and full access to the Dhol performance, Garba showcase, DJ sets, and Best Dressed contest through the evening. We'll also share event photos and videos with you by email after the celebration. A wide range of food stalls, snacks and beverages will be available at the venue additionally for purchase.
Complimentary entry for children below 5 does not include Dandiya sticks or refreshments.
Couple / Family Entry – Important Information
All members registered under a Couple / Family Entry must enter the venue together.
Child add-ons are available only with a Couple / Family Entry and cannot be used as standalone tickets. A maximum of 2 children may be added to each Couple / Family Entry.
Children must remain under the care and supervision of their accompanying parent/guardian at all times. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and conduct throughout the event.
Age proof may be requested at the entry gate for children availing discounted or complimentary admission.

Q: My kids are coming — anything I should know?
Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times through the event. Parents/guardians are responsible for their children's safety and conduct throughout. Age proof may be requested at the gate for children availing discounted or free admission.
Q: Is there a dress code?
Come in your festive best — traditional Navratri wear is encouraged and part of the fun, though not mandatory for entry.
Q: Can I cancel my ticket or get a refund?
Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.

Q: What if someone behaves badly at the event?
We want every guest to have a great evening, and that depends on everyone looking out for each other. Event management reserves the right to ask any guest behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or unruly manner to leave the venue, without refund.
Q: Are there designated areas I should stay within?
Guests are requested to remain within the designated event area at all times. Venturing beyond designated zones is not permitted, for your safety and the smooth running of the event.
Q: Is outside food or beverages allowed?
Outside food and beverages are strictly not permitted at the venue. A wide range of food stalls will be set up on-site for purchase.
Q: Is parking available at the venue?
Parking is available on-site. Charges, if any, will be confirmed closer to the event date.
Q: Do I need to carry ID?
Age proof may be requested at the entry gate for children availing discounted or complimentary admission.
Q: How will I receive my ticket, and what do I show at entry?
You'll receive an e-ticket with a QR code by email after registration. Show this QR code at the gate — it will be scanned for entry.
Q: Can I re-enter the venue once I've exited?
No, re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
Q: Will there be event photography or videography?
Yes — we'll be capturing the celebration through the evening. These photos and videos may be used to promote future Trana events, nothing beyond that, and we'll also share them with you by email after the event.
Q: How is my information used?
Your contact details are used to manage your registration and keep you updated about this event, and may also be shared with our event partners for related updates.
Q: Are there any additional charges on top of the ticket price?
Yes, an additional 8.8% plus applicable GST will be added at checkout — this covers convenience and platform handling charges (6.8%) and payment gateway processing charges (2%).

Terms and Conditions
By registering for Dandiya Utsav — Bagmane (24 October 2026, WTC,
Bagmane, Bengaluru), I agree to the following:
● Cancellations & Refunds — Tickets, once purchased, are non-refundable
and cannot be cancelled.
● Venue Rules — Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the venue.
Alcohol will not be served or permitted. I will remain within designated event
areas at all times.
● Children — Children attending with me will remain under my care and
supervision at all times. I am responsible for their safety and conduct throughout
the event. I understand age proof may be requested at the gate for children
availing discounted or complimentary admission.
● Couple / Family Entry — All members registered under a Couple / Family
Entry must enter the venue together. Guests aged 14 and above require their
own Single Entry ticket.
● Code of Conduct — Trana and venue management reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the venue without refund, any guest whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, intoxicated, or offensive towards other guests, staff, or performers. The decision of event management on what constitutes unruly behaviour is final.
● Photography & Video — Photos and videos may be taken during the event to
capture the celebration. These may be used only to promote future Trana events
— nothing beyond that.
● Data Sharing — My contact details will be used to manage my registration and
keep me updated about this event, and may also be shared with Trana's event
partners for related updates.
